1. About BlockTalk

BlockTalk is a Saudi-made community networking platform based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The app is designed to help users build meaningful local connections through tailored matching, nearby discovery, groups, messaging, and community events.

2. Eligibility

To use BlockTalk, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and use the platform respectfully and responsibly. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, keeping your login credentials secure, all activity conducted under your account, and providing accurate and updated information. BlockTalk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Community Purpose

BlockTalk is intended to encourage meaningful neighborhood and community connections. The platform is designed for social networking, community building, shared interests and lifestyle connections, local events and gatherings, and friendship and support networks. BlockTalk is not intended for illegal activities, harassment, exploitation, or harmful behavior.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Share hateful, discriminatory, or violent content
• Post illegal, misleading, or fraudulent material
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Use the app for unauthorized advertising or spam
• Share explicit, exploitative, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
• Collect or misuse other users' information

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate community standards.

6. Matching & Recommendations

BlockTalk uses profile information, interests, preferences, and location-based systems to provide tailored recommendations and compatible local connections. We do not guarantee compatibility between users, successful relationships or friendships, attendance or outcomes from events, or continuous availability of matches or recommendations. User interactions remain the responsibility of the individuals involved.

7. Location Services

Certain features require location access to match users nearby, discover local events, and improve neighborhood-based recommendations. You may manage location permissions through your device settings. BlockTalk does not publicly display precise live user locations.

8. Events & Community Activities

BlockTalk may allow users or administrators to organize local events and activities. Users understand and agree that participation is voluntary, BlockTalk is not responsible for third-party conduct during events, and users should exercise reasonable caution and personal judgment when meeting others. BlockTalk may remove or moderate events that violate community standards.

9. Messaging & User Content

You retain ownership of content you post or upload. By using BlockTalk, you grant us a limited license to display content within the platform, operate and improve the Services, and moderate and review reported content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Privacy

Your use of BlockTalk is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All BlockTalk branding, design elements, software, graphics, logos, and platform content are owned by BlockTalk or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy or reproduce platform materials, reverse engineer the application, or use BlockTalk branding without written permission.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

BlockTalk may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm the community or platform, engage in suspicious or illegal behavior, or abuse other users or services. Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

BlockTalk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, specific results from using the app, or compatibility between users. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlockTalk and its operators shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, user disputes or interactions, event-related incidents, loss of data or content, or unauthorized account access. Users are responsible for exercising reasonable caution when interacting with others online or offline.

15. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Services or these Terms at any time. Continued use of BlockTalk after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
